We say: Frankincense is a great cleanser of negative energies so is great to occasionally carry the smoke around the house to cleanse all the rooms. We sell other resins from Prinknash Abbey like "Cathedral" and "Sanctury". These other incenses are blends of sacred oils and herbs along with the frankincense, whereas this incense which they call "Priory" is actually just frankincense by itself with no additions. This comes with five charcoal discs in the packet.

Safety note: Never leave unattended. Do not place container on flammable surface. Please be careful to let the charcoal disc go completely cold before disposing of it.
