RPS & CICO (Ryland Peters & Small) is an independent illustrated publishing house founded in 1995 by David Peters, Anne Ryland, and Jacqui Small. In 2006, the company expanded through the acquisition of CICO Books, bringing both imprints together under one umbrella to form a leading name in beautifully produced lifestyle publishing.
